乳腺癌改良根治术后皮缘坏死创面的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶联合油纱护理乳腺癌改良根治术后皮缘坏死创面的效果。方法对2016年12月至2018年12月我院造口伤口专科护理门诊收治的48例乳腺癌改良根治术后皮缘坏死创面患者采用纳米银抗菌凝胶联合油纱护理,观察护理后的创面愈合情况。结果所有患者的创面均完全愈合,愈合时间为14~45 d,随访6个月,愈后皮肤均无明显瘢痕增生及挛缩,肤质及功能与正常皮肤相近,部分皮肤留有少许紫灰色色素沉着。结论纳米银抗菌凝胶联合油纱护理乳腺癌改良根治术后皮缘坏死创面,可有效促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕增生及挛缩,疗效显著且操作简便,安全可靠,费用经济。Objective To explore the effect of nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with oil gauze in nursing the wounds of marginal necrosis after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods 48 patients with skin border necrosis wounds after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were treated with nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with oil gauze,and the healing situation of wounds after nursing were observed.Results The wounds of all patients were completely healed.The healing time was 14 to 45 days.The follow-up was 6 months.After healing,there was no obvious scar hyperplasia and contracture.The skin texture and function were similar to normal skin,and some skin had a little purple-gray pigment calm.Conclusion The combination of nano-silver antibacterial gel and oil gauze for nursing the skin border necrosis wound after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer can effectively promote wound healing,reduce scar hyperplasia and contracture,with remarkable curative effect,simple operation,safe and reliable,and economical cost.
