摘　　要：目的研究分析湿性疗法用于临床压力性损伤伤口护理中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年11月至2019年6月期间我院收治的出现临床压力性损伤伤口的患者90例,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组(n=45,采用常规护理)与试验组(n=45,在对照组基础上给予湿性疗法)。对比两组患者护理后的护理效果、并发症发生率、疼痛情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组患者护理总有效率比对照组更高,并发生发生率明显较对照组更低,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较对照组更低,护理满意度较对照组更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对于压力性损伤患者的治疗存在一定难度,对于患者本身和主病的治疗都有一定的影响,同时患者容易因压力性损伤出现较多的负面情绪,在针对性地采用湿性疗法之后,患者的压力性损伤明显缓解,创面感染等并发症发生率明显降低,疼痛缓解,护理满意度提高,临床效果较好。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of wet therapy in clinical stress injury wound nursing.Methods Ninety patients with clinical pressure injury wounds admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group(n=45,with routine care)and a test group(n=45,with moist therapy on the basis of the control group)by randomization the nursing effect,complication rate,pain condition and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing for patients in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the Visual Analogue Scoring(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with stress injury is difficult,has a certain impact on the patient itself and the treatment of the main disease,at the same time,the patients are prone to more negative emotions due to stress injury.After the wet therapy,the patient’s stress injury was significantly relieved,the incidence of complications such as wound infection has been significantly reduced,pain has been relieved,and nursing satisfaction has been improved,clinical effect was better.
