中医情志护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者疼痛的干预效果

摘　　要：目的分析中医情志护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者疼痛的干预效果。方法选择于2016年7月至2017年7月进入我院接受治疗的98例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,按随机盲选法分为对照组(n=49,实行常规护理)与观察组(n=49,实行中医情志护理)。比较两组患者护理前后疼痛程度评分、护理后生活能力评分及护理满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组患者疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。护理后,观察组患者生活能力评分明显高于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论在临床中针对多发性骨髓瘤患者实行中医情志护理能够减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对护理服务工作的满意程度。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of emotional nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with multiple myeloma.Method The 98 patients with multiple myeloma who entered our hospital for treatment from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=49,with routine nursing care)and the observation group(n=49,with emotional nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine)according to the random blind selection method.The pain degree scores before and after nursing,the living ability score after nursing and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pain scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.After nursing,the life ability scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the comparison of the two groups'data was P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the comparison of the data between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion In clinical practice,the implementation of emotional care of Traditional Chinese Medicine for patients with multiple myeloma can reduce the pain of the patients and improve the patients'satisfaction with the nursing service.
