经纤维支气管镜行肺泡灌洗辅助治疗支气管扩张患者的护理方法及其效果

摘　　要：目的了解经纤维支气管镜行肺泡灌洗辅助治疗支气管扩张患者的护理方法及其效果。方法70例经纤维支气管镜行肺泡灌洗辅助治疗的支气管扩张患者于我院2016年1月至2018年7月接受收治,随机分为对照组(n=35,给予一般护理)与研究组(n=35,给予综合护理)。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理前后简明健康状况量表评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分、全程灌洗所需时间、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为100.00%(35/35),对照组为80.00%(28/35),两组数据比较,P<0.05。护理后,研究组患者简明健康状况量表评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者全程灌洗所需时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论对经纤维支气管镜行肺泡灌洗辅助治疗支气管扩张患者实施综合护理可获得良好的临床效果,有利于减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁的情绪,有利于提升患者的健康水平,缩短住院时间,且患者对此护理方式的认可度更高。Objective To understand the nursing method and effect of bronchiectasis patients undergoing pulmonary alveolar lavage through fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 70 bronchiectasis patients with bronchiectasis treated by pulmonary alveolar lavage through fiberoptic bronchoscopybronchoalveolar lavage with fiberoptic bronchoscope from January 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=35,given general care)and study group(n=35,given comprehensive care).The nursing satisfaction,the score of concise health status scale before and after care,anxiety and depression score,the time of whole course lavage,the time of hospitalization and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 100.00%(35/35)and that in the control group was 80.00%(28/35),comparison of the two sets of data,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of concise health status scale,anxiety and depression score in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of whole course lavage and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for bronchiectasis patients undergoing pulmonary alveolar lavage through fiberoptic bronchoscopy can obtain good clinical effect,help to reduce the anxiety and depression of the patients,improve the health level of the patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and the patients'recognition of this nursing method is higher.
