摘　　要：某焦磷酸盐体系滚镀铜产品出现镀层颜色灰暗、电击伤等问题。经过现场察看和分析可知,阳极杆锈蚀、滚筒阴极设计不合理是本次故障产生的主要原因。通过打磨阳极杆和改进滚筒阴极后,故障得以解决。The formation of dark coating with some electric shock defects occurred on a product after barrel copper plating in a pyrophosphate bath.The results of on-site inspection and analysis showed that the rusting of anode bar and the unreasonable design of cathode in the barrel are the main reasons.The problem was solved by polishing anode and modifying cathode in the barrel.
