摘  要:为了提高酸性环境下铜的缓蚀效果,以苯并三氮唑分别与4种正构卤代烷烃卤首先合成了烷基苯并三氮唑,再与硫酸二甲酯进行季铵化反应得到N−烷基苯并三氮唑阳离子表面活性剂。考察了表面活性剂质量浓度、pH及腐蚀时间对铜在0.02 mol/L硫酸钠介质中缓蚀效率的影响。结果表明:4种不同烷基链的烷基苯并三氮唑阳离子表面活性剂在酸性硫酸钠介质中对铜的缓蚀效率都随其质量浓度的增大及烷基链的增长而提高,但略低于它们在近中性条件下的缓蚀效率。pH=0时腐蚀1~2 d后,烷基苯并三氮唑阳离子表面活性剂的缓蚀效率基本上达到稳定。而pH=8时,正丁基、正辛基、正十二烷基、正十六烷基苯并三氮唑阳离子表面活性剂的缓蚀效率达到稳定的时间分别为2、3、5和7 d。To improve the corrosion inhibition effect on copper in an acidic environment,N-alkylbenzotriazoles were synthesized from benzotriazole with four different monohalogenated n-alkanes respectively,and then quaternized with dimethyl sulfate to form N-alkylbenzotriazole cationic surfactants.The effects of mass concentration of surfactant,pH,and corrosion time on corrosion inhibition efficiency for copper in a 0.02 mol/L sodium sulfate medium were studied.The results showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiencies of the four N-alkylbenzotriazole cationic surfactants having different alkyl chains on copper in acidic sodium sulfate medium were increased with the increasing of their mass concentrations and alkyl chain length,but slightly lower than that under nearly neutral condition.The corrosion inhibition efficiencies of N-alkylbenzotriazole cationic surfactants were basically stable after 1 to 2 days of corrosion at pH 0,but on the second,third,fifth,and seventh day after corrosion at pH 8 for n-butyl-,n-octyl-,n-dodecyl-,and n-cetyl-benzotriazole cationic surfactants,respectively.
