摘  要:通过试验分析军绿色钝化槽液各成分含量对膜层品质的影响,从而确定了合适的初始配槽方案。根据实际生产中钝化膜色泽变化及各成分含量对膜层品质的影响,确定了钝化槽液各成分的补加规律,确保了军绿色钝化产品的膜层品质稳定,并延长槽液的更换周期。The effect of the content of each component in an olive passivation bath on the quality of passivation coating was studied experimentally.The appropriate bath composition for make-up was then determined.The rule of replenishment for the passivation bath was developed based on the color change of the passivation film in actual production and the effect of the content of each component in the bath on the quality of the passivation coating to ensure the stable quality of the olive passivation coating formed on products and extend the replacement period of the passivation bath.
