摘  要:先采用165 g/L硫酸溶液在温度(20±1)℃、电流密度1.5 A/dm^2和电压15 V的条件下对1235铝合金阳极氧化30 min,再采用由15 g/L CuSO4·5H2O、2.5 g/L MgSO4·7H2O和25 g/L H3BO3组成的电解液,在室温、电压12 V和电流密度1.3 A/dm^2的条件下交流电解着色30~360 s。研究了着色时间对膜层颜色、铜沉积量和吸光度的影响。结果表明,随电解着色时间延长,铜的沉积量增大,膜层颜色变深;膜层颜色与铜的特征吸收有关,但铜粒子对光的散射才是决定氧化膜颜色的主要因素。The 1235 aluminum alloy was firstly anodized in a 165 g/L H2SO4 solution at temperature(20±1)℃,current density 1.5 A/dm^2,and voltage 15 V for 30 min,and then electrolytically colored in the electrolyte composed of CuSO4·5H2O 15 g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 2.5 g/L,and H3BO325 g/L at room temperature,voltage 12 V,and current density 1.5 A/dm2 for 30-360 s.The effect of electrolytic coloring time on the color,mass of copper deposited per unit area,and absorbance of the colored alumina film was studied.The results showed that the mass of copper deposited per unit area was increased with the extending of electrolytic coloring time,and the color of alumina film became darker.The color of the coper-containing alumina film is related to the characteristic absorption of copper,but its main affecting factor is the light scattering from copper particles.
