摘 要:通过溶胶凝胶法制备了SnO2纳米晶,并加入Ru-Sn涂液中刷涂到钛阳极上,经过热分解制备了SnO2纳米晶含量不同的RuO2-SnO2涂层。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了涂层的相成分和结构,通过循环伏安法测试了电极的电容性能,通过析氧电位表征了电极的电催化活性。结果表明,引入SnO2晶种后,涂层最显著的变化是形成了SnO2、RuO2基固溶体和(Sn,Ru)O2金红石固溶体三相组织。当SnO2晶种的摩尔分数为20%时,电极具有最高的活性。SnO2 nanocrystals were prepared by sol-gel method and then added to a Ru-Sn coating liquid,which would be brushed on the titanium anode.RuO2-SnO2 coatings embedded with different proportions of SnO2 crystal seeds were obtained after thermal decomposition.The phase constitution and structure of the coatings were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The capacitance properties of the electrodes were tested by cyclic voltammetry and their electrocatalytic activity was characterized by oxygen evolution potentials.The results showed that the most significant change was the formation of a three-phase structure comprising SnO2,RuO2-based solid solutions,and(Sn,Ru)O2 rutile solid solutions after the introduction of SnO2 seeds.The electrode embedded with 20mol.%of SnO2 seeds had the highest activity.
