摘 要:针对松软煤层在巷道掘进过程中存在的支护难题,以新星煤矿2265工作面轨道顺槽为工程背景,分析松软煤层工作面顺槽的维护特点,确定采用及时支护、台阶式开挖的技术手段,结合"锚杆+金属网+锚索"联合控制技术。实践表明,工作面轨道顺槽片帮引起的冒顶事故减少,巷道围岩变形控制在合理范围内,达到了支护的目的,为该矿其他工作面的支护提供了借鉴意义。In view of the support problems existing in the roadway excavation process of the soft coal seam, with the engineering background of Xinxing Mine 2265 working face, the maintenance characteristics of the soft coal seam workface shunting groove was analyzed, and the use of timely support, step-type excavation technical means, combined with "anchor+ metal net + anchor cable" joint control technology was settled. Practice showed that the working face orbit shun groove sheet gang caused by the peak accident reduction, the roadway surrounding rock deformation control within a reasonable range, the technology achieved the purpose of support, with reference significance.
