摘  要:新元矿3210工作面通风方式为压入式Y型通风,在工作面回采过程中瓦斯检测仪检测到瓦斯浓度聚集,给煤矿安全生产造成了影响。为了保证工作面的安全回采,采用Fluent软件对整个回采工作面建立模型,数值模拟后得出瓦斯积聚在采空区上方的裂隙带。为此选择采用高位钻孔瓦斯抽采综合治理措施,抽采后根据现场实测得出工作面、采空区及沿空巷瓦斯浓度控制在0.6%以下,瓦斯浓度得到了较为有效的控制,为煤矿生产提供了安全保障。The working face of 3210 Xinyuan mine adopted press-in Y-ventilation, and the gas detector detected that the gas concentration accumulated during the recovery process, which caused hidden danger to the mine safety. In order to ensure the safety of the recovery, fluent software was used to model the entire recovery face, and after numerical simulation,it was concluded that the gas accumulated in the fissure zone above the mine void. According to the numerical simulation,the gas concentration in the working face, mining area and along the goaf was controlled below 0.6%, and the gas concentration was more effectively controlled, which provided a safety guarantee for coal production.
