摘　　要：自身免疫疾病是机体对自身抗原产生免疫反应,导致自身组织损伤的慢性炎性疾病。自身免疫异常能够影响女性生育能力和妊娠结局,妊娠也能够影响自身免疫疾病的病情,故孕前、妊娠期及产后控制疾病状态十分重要。肿瘤坏死因子-α在多种自身免疫疾病的发病及进展中发挥重要作用,肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂被应用于自身免疫疾病的治疗。本文就肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂在自身免疫疾病合并妊娠中的临床应用进行综述。Autoimmune disease is a chronic inflammatory disease in which the body produces immune response to its own antigen,leading to tissue damage.Autoimmune abnormalities can affect women's fertility and pregnancy outcomes.Pregnancy can also affect the condition of autoimmune diseases.Therefore,it is very important to control disease status before pregnancy,during pregnancy and after childbirth.Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progress of various autoimmune diseases.TNF-αinhibitors have been used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.This article reviews the clinical application of TNF-αinhibitors in pregnancy with autoimmune diseases.
