摘 要:激光透射焊接技术是一种近些年发展迅速的塑料焊接技术,具有焊接强度高、速度快、精度高、易实现空间曲线焊接等优点,在汽车、医疗器械、包装等领域得到了较为广泛的应用。塑料激光透射焊接通过吸光层塑料吸收激光的光能,并将光能转换为热能,使得吸光层和透光层塑料接触区域发生少量的熔融,冷却之后形成高强度焊缝。首先,从焊接原理、焊接系统、焊接方法、工艺参数四个方面介绍了塑料焊接技术。其次,从工艺参数、温度场研究、设备研发、吸收剂四个方面对近年来塑料激光透射焊接领域的研究动态进行了综述。最后,对塑料激光透射焊接技术的未来发展趋势进行预测和展望。In recent years,laser transmission welding technology is a rapidly developing plastic welding technology which has been widely used in automobile,medical equipment,packaging and other fields because of its several advantages,such as high welding strength,fast speed,high precision,easy to realize space curve welding,etc.During plastic laser transmission welding,the absorption layer plastic absorbs the light energy of laser and converts it into heat energy.Then,a small amount of melting occurs in the contact area between the absorption layer and the transparent layer of plastic,and a high-strength welding joint is formed after cooling.Firstly,the plastic welding technology is introduced from four aspects of welding principle,welding system,welding method and process parameters.Secondly,the research trends of plastic laser transmission welding are summarized from the aspects of process parameters,temperature field research,equipment development and absorbent.Finally,the development trends of plastic laser transmission welding technology are predicted and prospected.
