中小套型住宅设计的困境与出路

摘　　要：住房质量是影响生活质量的一项重要因素,所以提高住宅设计水平的问题迫在眉睫。当前,在城市土地资源日益紧缺的背景下,中小套型住宅成为城市住宅的主要发展趋势,因此业内应重点加强对中小套型住宅设计的研究,不断提高其整体设计水平。目前,我国的中小套型住宅设计面临着一些困境,亟待寻找有效的出路。本文主要分析了中小套型住宅设计的困境,并针对其出路提出了若干建议。The quality of housing is an important factor affecting the quality of life,so it is urgent to improve the level of residential design.At present,in the context of increasing shortage of urban land resources,small and medium-sized apartment has become the main development trend of urban housing,so the industry should focus on strengthening the research on the design of small and medium-sized apartment,and constantly improve its overall design level.At present,there are still some difficulties in the design of small and mediumsized apartment in China,and it is urgent to find an effective way out.This paper mainly analyzes the dilemma of small and medium-sized apartment design,and puts forward some suggestions for its way out.
