摘　　要：随着中国经济的飞速发展和百姓生活质量的提高,城市化进程不断加快,随之而来的城市交通问题也日益凸显,其推动了我国城市高架道路的建设发展。城市高架道路的交通效率高,而且能充分利用城市空间,通过高架道路,城市道路体系由平面扩张为立体,由横向扩张变为纵向扩张。因此,城市高架道路建设成为城市建设的焦点。笔者对城市高架道路在建设过程中的施工安全管理工作进行探讨,结合自身多年工作经验,从一个建设单位项目管理者角度探析安全管理相关问题。With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life, the process of urbanization is accelerating. The urban traffic problems are increasingly prominent, which promote the construction and development of urban elevated road in China. As we all know, the traffic efficiency of urban elevated road is high, and it can make full use of urban space. Through viaduct, urban road system expands from plane to three-dimensional and from horizontal to vertical. Therefore, the construction of urban viaduct has become the focus of urban construction. This paper mainly discusses the construction safety management of urban viaduct in the construction process, and then combining with the author’s years of work experience, discusses the safety management from the perspective of a project manager of a construction unit.
