摘 要:利用蒙特卡洛法模拟钨(W)、铋(Bi)、氧化钆(Gd2O3)三种屏蔽粒子的辐射防护性能,研究其不同的边界吸收特性,为多层结构辐射防护面料的制备提供参考。以涤纶为基布,将屏蔽粒子分散至聚氨酯树脂(PU)中,采用涂层工艺,以分层设计的方法制备多层结构的辐射防护面料,比较Bi、W、Gd2O3三层先后顺序对防护性能的影响。结果表明:多层结构辐射防护面料中涂层结构致密,屏蔽粒子分布均匀,其中有轻微团聚现象;在低能区间,Gd2O3层在前的多层结构防护面料的防护性能较为优越;在较高能区间,Bi层在前的多层结构防护面料的防护性能较为优越。The radiation protection properties of tungsten(W),bismuth(Bi)and gadolinium oxide(Gd2O3)are simulated by Monte Carlo method,and their different boundary absorption characteristics are studied,which provides refere nee for the preparation of multi-layer structure radiati on protection fabrics.The shielding particles are dispersed into polyurethane resin(PU)with polyester as the base cloth.The multilayer structure of radiati on protection fabric is prepared by the method of layered design by coating process.The in fluence of Bi,W and Gd2O3 on the protective properties is compared.The results show that the coati ng structure of multi-layer structure radiation protection fabric is dense and the shielding particles are evenly distributed,among which GchCh has slight agglomeration phenomenon;in the low energy range,the protective performance of multi-layer structure protective fabric with Gd2O3 layer in front is superior;in the higher energy range,the protective performance of multi-layer structure protective fabric with Bi layer in front is superior.
