摘 要:为了探究偶氮型分散染料结构与紫外线褪色关系,通过测定褪色率、色差等指标,针对偶氮型分散染料紫外光照射下褪色现象及紫外吸收剂对其褪色现象的改善进行了研究:试验表明:C.I.分散红167、C.I.分散蓝79的褪色主要由紫外光引起,紫外线照射48 h后,褪色率可达30.0%以上;C.I.分散橙30受紫外光影响小,紫外线照射48 h后褪色率为25.0%。使用苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂对C.I.分散红167、C.I.分散蓝79染色织物进行整理后,紫外线褪色率可减低10%左右,但该类整理剂对C.I.分散橙30作用较小。In order to explore the relationship between the structure of azo disperse dyes and UV fading,the fading phenomenon of azo disperse dyes under UV irradiation and the improvement of the fading phenomenon by UV absorbers are studied by measuring the fading rate and color difference.The results show that the color fading of C.I.Disperse Red 167 and C.I.Disperse Blue 79 is mainly caused by ultraviolet light.The fading rate of C.l.Disperse Red 167 and C.I.Disperse Blue 79 is more than 30.0%after 48 h of UV irradiation,and the fading rate of C.I.Disperse Orange 30 is 25.0%after 48 h of UV irradiation.The UV fading rate of fabrics dyed with C.I.Disperse Red 167 and C.I.Disperse Blue 79 and finished with benzotriazole UV absorbers,can be reduced by about 10%,but this kind of finishing agent has little effect on C.I.Disperse Orange 30 dyeings.
