摘 要:分别以3-氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺和H酸为染料偶合组分,自制5只具有不同电荷数量和反应基团的反应性染料,并将其应用于棉纤维染色,探究在不同无机盐用量、碱剂用量、染色温度以及保温时间条件下,染料结构中反应基团、染料母体等对染料在棉纤维上染色性能的影响。结果表明,含有双活性基的反应性染料在棉纤维上具有更高的反应性,随着染料结构中阴离子水溶性基团数目的增多,染料对盐用量的依赖性增大且染料对纤维的亲和力降低。染料在棉纤维上的耐日晒牢度有待提高,对比染料D-1,以H酸为母体的染料染色织物表现出较好的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度。Based on 3-amino-N,N-diethyl aniline and H acid as the dye coupling components respectively,five reactive dyes with different charge amounts and reactive groups are carried out on cotton fibers at different salt concentration,alkali concentration,dyeing temperature and holding time.The effect of reactive groups and dye chromophores on dye exhaustion is explored.The results show that the dye containing two reactive groups has high dyeing performance for cotton.As the number of anionic water-soluble group in the structure increases,the dependenee of the dye on the amount of salt increases and the affinity of the dye to cotton decreases.The light fastness of the dyes on cotton fiber is poor.Compared with dye D-1,dyes based on H acid as the dye chromophore have better rubbing fastness and washing fastness.
