摘　　要：开发了系列专门用于真丝染色用的双活性基活性染料,该染料可以在弱酸性至中性条件下与蛋白纤维进行共价键结合,避免碱对丝素蛋白的伤害。测试了Megasil®F型活性染料在真丝织物上的上染率、固色率及染深性,探讨了染色工艺条件如电解质用量、染液pH值、浴比、固色温度和保温时间的影响。研究结果表明:Megasil®F型活性染料适合的染色温度为95℃,电解质用量不得高于60 g/L,保温时间30 min,pH值6〜7,浴比1:15~1:30,此时染色真丝织物拥有艳丽色彩和较好的色牢度。A kind of reactive dye with bifuntional groups is developed,which can combine with silk protein fiber covalently from weak acid to neutral conditions,and avoid alkali damage to silk fibroin.Dye yield,fixation and build-up property of Megasil®F reactive dyes on silk fabric are tested,and factors are discussed,such as electrolyte,pH value of dye bath,bath ratio,fixing temperature and time.Results show that the optimized dyeing conditions are as follows,dyeing temperature of 95°C,pH range of 6〜7,fixing time of 30 min,and electrolyte concentration of less than 60 g/L,bath ratio ranging from 1:15 to 1:30.The silk dyeings feature brilliant shade and good color fastness.
