摘 要:使用丁烷四竣酸(BTCA)对棉织物进行整理得到竣酸改性棉织物,并以铜离子和均苯三甲酸(H.BTC)为原料,通过轧-烘-焙工艺在改性棉织物表面生成金属有机框架Cu-BTC,并在表征的基础上,将Cu-BTC负载棉织物用于活性红195的去除。结果表明,改性棉织物竣酸含量的增加,能够显著提高Cu-BTC在棉织物表面负载量和对染料的去除率,适当提高铜离子与H’BTC的浓度比也有利于Cu-BTC负载量和染料去除率的提高。Cu-BTC负载棉织物通过吸附和光催化氧化降解效应实现其对染料的去除。LED辐射光强度的提高能够进一步提高染料的去除速率。Butanetetracarboxylic acid(BTCA)is used to modify cotton fabric for preparing the carbonxylated cotton fabric.Cu^2+ ions can react with benzenetricarboxylic acid(H3BTC)to produce metal-organic framework Cu-BTC on modified cotton fabric using pad-dry-cure process.On the basis of characterization,Cu-BTC loaded cotton fabric is used for the removal of Reactive Red 195 from water.The results indicate that increasing the carboxyl group content of modified cotton fabric can significantly enhance Cu-BTC content on cotton fabric and dye removal.Reasonable rising of molar ratio of Cu^2+ion to H3BTC also favor the Cu-BTC content and dye removal.Cu-BTC loading cotton fabric could remove dye from water though both absorption and photocatalytic oxidati on.I ncreasing LED irradiation in tensity can further enhance dye removal rate.
