摘 要:体验式经济已经成为当代社会经济发展的必然趋势,体验式消费模式的发展对销售型的传统商业模式产生了深远影响,直接促进了体验式商业空间的产生和发展。在高速公路建设中,服务区是旅人休息消费的场所,也是展现地域风采的“对外窗口”,在体验式经济时代下,服务区建筑空间更加注重关于消费者心理和情感的人性化设计,展现文化特色。本文通过对体验式经济商业空间的分析来探究高速公路服务区建筑空间,并以任丘东服务区建筑设计为例总结了服务区综合楼设计策略,实现了体验式消费模式与服务区建筑空间的结合。Experience economy has become an inevitable trend of contemporary social and economic development.The development of experience consumption mode has a profound impact on the traditional sales business mode,which directly leads to the emergence and development of experience business space.In the construction of expressway service area,the service area is the place for the travelers to have a rest and consume,but the window to show the regional style.In the age of experience economy,the building space in service area pays more attention to the humanized design related to the consumer psychology and emotion,and to show the cultural characteristics.Based on the analysis of experience economy of commercial space,this paper explores the building space in highway service area,summarizes the design strategy for the multiple-use building in the service area by taking the architectural design of Renqiu east service area as an example,and achieves a combination of experience consumption mode and building space in service area.
