摘　　要：我国的人口老龄化程度日益提高,因此,对老旧住区的更新改造应从老年人的心理和生理需求出发,营造出安全、舒适且满足老年人心理追求的空间环境。本文以锦州市安乐里小区为例,对适老化空间环境更新问题进行研究,提出适老化改造更新路径,从服务空间优化、适老性无障碍设施建设、交通系统完善、交往空间营造角度提出提升住区空间环境的策略,促进空间环境适应老龄化的发展情况。The situation of China’s population aging is becoming more and more serious.For old residential areas,the space environment renewal process should proceed from the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly to provide a safe and comfortable space environment that satisfies the psychological pursuit.This paper takes Anleli community in Jinzhou as an example to study the problem of elderly space environment renewal,and puts forward the renewal path for elderly renovation.Then it proposes the strategy of improving the residential space from the perspective of optimizing service space,building barrier-free facilities,improving transportation system,and creating communication space so as to promote the development of elderly space environment.
