摘　　要：淮南市楚都大道为城市主干路,道路上跨滨湖大道、与寿县保庄圩大堤平交,跨越东淝河、施家湖,与唐山镇保庄圩平交,下穿合淮阜高速公路。道路的平面线形按照规划线位并结合东淝河大桥的桥位进行优化,道路纵断面根据城区排涝水位、东淝河通航水位,并结合两侧现状道路高程进行设计,道路横断面根据道路功能定位、通过交通量预测结果进行优化。结合当地的楚汉文化特色,对东淝河大桥进行景观设计,以楚汉阙楼与楚鼎景台为桥头建筑,增加桥头观景平台、上下桥梯及桥下文化休闲场地,使桥梁装饰与功能充分结合。Chudu Avenue in Huainan is the main road of the city.It overpasses Binhu Avenue,Dongfeihe River and shijiahu Lake.It crosses the dikes to protect the village in Shouxian County,Tangshan town.It crosses under the Huaifu expressway.The plane alignment of the road is optimized according to the planning line and the location of Dongfeihe Bridge.The road profile is designed according to the urban drainage level,the navigation water level of Dongfeihe River and the current road elevation on both sides.The road crosssection is optimized according to the road function orientation and traffic prediction results.Combined with the local Chu-Han cultural characteristics,the landscape design of Dongfeihe Bridge is carried out.Taking the Chu-Han Que buildings and the Chu-Ding platform as the bridgehead buildings,the viewing platform at the bridgehead,up and down stairs and cultural and leisure sites under the bridge are added so that the bridge decoration is fully integrated with its function.
