摘  要:探究重金属对牡丹生殖的影响,为牡丹栽培利用提供理论及实验依据。以牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)花粉为试验材料,采用离体萌发培养法研究了不同浓度HgCl2对牡丹花粉的萌发和花粉管生长的影响,并利用扫描电镜观察分析了不同浓度HgCl2处理下牡丹花粉表观形态,结果表明:牡丹花粉萌发率、花粉管长度随着HgCl2浓度的增加逐渐下降;2.71×10-5 mg·L^-1 HgCl2处理牡丹花粉可提高花粉管的生长速率,过量或过长时间处理都将会使花粉的萌发率下降且使花粉管生长受到抑制,HgCl2处理后的花粉极轴长,赤道轴长、萌发沟小于对照花粉,小穴纹饰增多,在扫描电子显微镜下正常牡丹花粉形态极轴长为50.058μm,赤道长为24.659μm,萌发沟长42.334μm。To explore the effect of heavy metals on the reproduction of peony, and to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the cultivation and utilization of peony. Peony pollen was used as the experimental material, The effects of different concentrations of HgCl2 on the germination and tube growth of peony pollen were studied by in vitro germination culture. The morphology of peony pollen treated with different concentrations of HgCl2 was observed and analyzed by sem. The results showed that the germination rate and tube length of peony pollen decreased with the increase of the concentration of HgCl2;2.71×10^-5mg/L HgCl2 treatment of peony pollen can improve the growth rate of the pollen tube. Too much or too long treatment will decrease the germination rate of pollen, The polar axis of the pollen after HgCl2 treatment was longer, the equatorial axis was longer, and the germination groove was smaller than the control pollen. inhibit the growth of pollen tube and increase the small point ornamentation, the normal pollen morphology has a polar axis length of 50.058 μm, an equatorial length of 24.659 μm, and a germination groove length of 42.334 μm.
