摘 要:以牡丹品种‘洛阳红’为研究对象,研究其花发育8个时期花瓣的3种抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT活性变化,以期探讨牡丹的开花和衰老机制,以丰富牡丹的花期调控理论。结果表明‘洛阳红’开花和衰老过程中,O2ˉ不断积累,花瓣中SOD含量先下降后上升,POD含量先缓慢上升后趋于平稳,CAT含量先缓慢上升后下降,3种抗氧化酶通过协同作用快速清除机体内产生的O2ˉ。在花瓣衰老前期,O2ˉ的清除大于产生,延缓衰老的进行,后期O2ˉ的产生大于清除,造成O2ˉ的大量积累,致使花瓣衰老、凋亡。牡丹花瓣的衰老受多因素的共同影响,其中,抗氧化酶的参与延缓了花瓣的衰老进程。In this paper,the tree peony cultivar‘Luoyanghong’was used to study the changes of the antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT activity in its eight florescences,in order to explore the mechanisms of florescence and flower senescence and rich flowering control theory.The results showed that O2ˉwas constantly accumulated during‘Luoyanghong’florescence and flower senescence,SOD levels in petals decreased first,and then began to increase,POD levels in petals increased slowly first and then tend to stabilize,CAT levels in petals increased slowly first and then decreased,three enzymes of the antioxidant enzymic system quickly cleared generated O2ˉin plant body by synergic action.In the early flower senescence,clearance of O2ˉwas greater than generation,which delayed the senescence.The latter generation of O2ˉwas greater than clearance,which caused to a large amount of the accumulation of O2ˉ.Last the senescence and apoptosis of petals was coming.The senescence for tree peony is effected by many factors,and involving of the antioxidant enzymic system delays the process of the senescence.
