摘　　要：目前,我国大陆安宁疗护事业尚处于理论引入和实践探索阶段。在广泛借鉴安宁疗护发展迅速地区经验的基础上,采取“四措并举”即加大政府支持力度、提高公众认知度、加强人才队伍建设、构建特色安宁疗护服务模式,旨在进一步推动我国大陆安宁疗护事业健康发展。At present,the cause of hospice therapy and nursing in China's mainland is still in the stage of theoretical introduction and practical exploration.On the basis of widely drawing lessons from the experience of the rapidly developing areas of hospice care,"adopting four measures simultaneously"is to increase government support,raise public awareness,strengthen the construction of talent team,and construct the model of hospice care service with Chinese characteristics,which aims to further promote the healthy development of hospice care in China's mainland.
