机构库视角下的高校数字资源开发与共享研究

摘　　要：高校数字资源开发与共享是实现教育信息化的有效保障,机构库是共建共享高校教育资源,互联互通高校教育成果的有效途径。针对目前高校数字资源开发与共享过程中存在的问题,文章从整体规划布局、云平台与云存储、标准化建设、知识产权共享与补偿四个角度,提出机构库视角下的高校数字资源共建共享平台构建框架体系解决方案。The development and sharing of digital resources in colleges and universities is an effective guarantee for the realization of educational informatization,and the institutional library is an effective way to build and share educational resources in colleges and universities,connect and exchange educational achievements.In view of the problems existing in the development and sharing of digital resources,this paper puts forward the solution of institutional library from four aspects:overall planning and layout,cloud platform and cloud storage,standardized construction,and intellectual property sharing and compensation.
