独立学院应用型人才培养质量提升路径初探

摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,而人才是创新的主体。文章分析了目前独立学院人才培养中存在的问题,提出了在创新驱动发展战略背景下,提高独立学院人才质量的具体路径。独立学院应以企业为主体,以市场为导向,形成具有自身特色的创新创业教育理念,通过深化校企合作、加强实践教学等措施,增强学生的创新能力和就业力。Innovation is the first driving force for development,and talent is the subject of innovation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training of independent colleges,and discussed how to improve the quality of talents in independent colleges under the background of innovation-driven development strategy.Independent colleges should be directed by the market,taking enterprise as the main body,and form an innovative and entrepreneurial education concept with its own characteristics in order to enhance students'innovative ability and employability.
