摘　　要：高校学风建设是高等教育的重要基础,班级是高校育人的基础单位。在教育部狠抓高校学风的背景下,面对以"00"后为主体的大学生,班风建设是高校进行学风建设的一个可行的着手点。通过从"班主任-班委-学生"三个维度入手,锻炼学生自主管理能力,加强学生自主学习的内驱力,为学风建设打下思想和行动基础。The construction of study style is the important foundation of higher education,and class is the basic unit for educating students.Under the background that the Ministry of Education pays close attention to the style of study in colleges and universities,the class style construction is a feasible starting point for college and universities to carry out the style of study in the face of the"post-00"college students.Starting from the three dimensions of"head teachers-class committee-students",this paper tries to exercise students’independent management ability,strengthen students’driving force of independent learning,and lay the foundation of thinking and action for the construction of study style.
