摘　　要：该文结合目前本科药学专业的职业生涯规划教育所存在的主要问题和学生对职业生涯规划的需求,对药学生职业生涯规划课程的教学进行设计研究。通过对课程的内容和教学方式进行合理设计与优化,以期在提高学生对课程满意度的同时,行之有效地提升学生在大学阶段乃至未来职业生涯发展中的职业品质和竞争力。Based on the main problems of the current career planning education for undergraduate students in pharmacy majors as well as the students’needs for career development,the teaching design of the course of Career Planning for Pharmacy Students is carried out.After the teaching practice and exploration,the content and teaching methods of the course are reasonably designed and optimized in order to improve students’satisfaction with the course and the professional quality and competitiveness of the students in their university studies and their future career development.
