摘　　要：反思,即反思学习,大致分为传统意义上沉思和实践反思,其本身就是一种学习过程和学习策略,它帮助学习者更好地实现自主学习。因此,在当今线上线下教学方式相结合的学习模式情境下,学习者被赋予更多的自主学习时间,反思的作用更不容忽视。本文聚焦实践反思,联系到疫情期间大学英语听说课程教学的实践,对反思学习在这一特殊教学背景下的作用和重要性进行探讨和总结,为进一步改善学习方法提升学习效率提供一定的参考。Known as a kind of learning strategy and learning process,"reflection"is also referred to as reflective learning and can be mainly divided into two groups:the traditional rethinking and practical reflection.Autonomous learning can be better realized under the guidance of reflection.Therefore,"reflection"is playing an increasingly important role in nowadays’learning during the epidemic period as online and offline learning are being combined and learners are given more time to learn by themselves.This paper focuses on practical reflection,aiming to explore the possible benefits of practical reflection on online oral English learning.By understanding and realizing the importance of practical reflection and putting it into practice,online learners’learning efficiency and autonomy will be greatly improved.
