摘　　要：大学生党员发展是高校党的建设的基础工程,构建大学生党员发展质量保障体系构建是加强高校党的建设的必要要求。该文从大学生党员发展质量保障体系的内涵、存在的问题、构建意义和构建设想对现有研究成果进行了综述。The development of college students’Party members is the basic project of the Party building in colleges and universities.It is necessary to establish a quality guarantee system for the development of students’Party members to strengthen the Party construction in colleges and universities.This paper summarizes the existing research results from the connotation,existing problems,construction significance and construction ideas of the quality assurance system for the development of college students’Party members.
