摘　　要：国际文化交流是社会主义文化事业不可或缺的一部分。高等学校留学生教育具有双重的重要意义,既有肩负着传播和弘扬中国优秀文化的重任,也有吸收国外文化、文明精髓的责任。本文就留学生管理工作中出现的问题及对策,如何帮助留学生尽快适应新的留学环境,新的教育环境,尽快融入中国社会大环境,从而顺利完成学业等话题展开讨论。International cultural exchange is an indispensable part of socialist cultural cause.The education of foreign students in colleges and universities is of dual significance,which not only shoulders the important task of spreading and carrying forward Chinese excellent culture,but also has the responsibility of absorbing the essence of foreign culture and civilization.This paper discusses the problems and countermeasures in the management of foreign students so as to help foreign students adapt to the new educational environment and the integrate into the Chinese social environment as soon as possible to successfully complete their studies.
