摘　　要：新时代民族地区的可持续发展需要满足当地需求的环境保护工程人才,民族院校承担着向民族地区培养和输送人才的任务。文章立足于新时代民族地区环保工程事业的发展实践,分析某民族院校环境工程专业在校生和毕业生的就业意向与选择,结合民族地区环保工程人才的能力需求,初步探讨学生培养过程中的结合专业教育的就业引导思路。In the new era,the sustainable development of ethnic minority areas need environmental engineering talents who meet the local demand.Meanwhile,universities for nationalities are responsible for the task of training and delivering talents to ethnic minority areas.Based on the development practice of environmental engineering majors in ethnic minority areas in the new era,the employment intention and selection of students and graduates majoring in environmental engineering in a university for nationalities are analyzed,and combined with the ability demand for environmental engineering talents in ethnic minority areas,the employment guidance integrated with professional education in the training process is discussed.
