摘　　要：2020年全面建成小康社会是邓小平同志在规划中国经济社会发展蓝图时提出的战略构想。全面建成小康社会的核心就是发展经济,而经济发展离不开高就业率,且这需要我们每个人的努力,特别是青年一代。粤西地区作为广东省经济发展的一翼,其高校大学生的就业情况需要我们特别关注,因此我们对粤西高校大学生就业能力的影响因素基及其提升对策进行探究。Building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 is the strategic conception put forward by Comrade Deng Xiaoping in planning the blueprint for China's economic and social development.The core of building a well-off society in an all-round way is to develop the economy,which cannot be separated from the high employment rate,and this requires the efforts of each of us,especially the young generation.As a wing of Guangdong's economic development,the employment situation of college students in western Guangdong needs our special attention,so it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of college students'employability in western Guangdong and its promotion countermeasures.
