摘 要:随着线上线下相结合的销售模式越来越普及,订单数量的情况使得Q公司的销售运输成本上升,其最大的成因是运力不匹配。通过运力匹配理论、研究承运商的运输要素,建立运力匹配模型,并进行应用验证,结果表明利用模型进行运力匹配,大大降低了达成运费率。最后,针对企业实施运力匹配的难点,提出优化措施。With the combination of online and offline sales models becoming more and more popular,the large number of orders and the small number of orders make Q's sales and transportation costs rise.The biggest reason is that the capacity is not matched.By analyzing the theory of capacity matching,studying the carrier's transportation factors,establishing a capacity matching model and verifying its application,the results show that using the matching model for capacity matching greatly reduces the freight rate.This paper analyzes the difficulties in implementing capacity matching in enterprises and proposes optimization measures.
