摘　　要：一起220 kV线路单相接地永久性故障后,引起220 kV变电站I母失灵保护动作。二次检修人员对此次事故的设备情况、故障录波图、装置报文进行了查看和分析,找出了失灵保护动作的原因是由于防跳继电器的动作特性造成的,并给出了相应的改进措施,具有实用的参考价值。A 220 kV busbar fault protection action in a 220 kV substation is caused by a single-phase ground permanent fault of 220 kV line.The equipment condition,the fault oscillogram and device message of this accident are checked and analyzed in detail.It is found out that the cause of the fault protection action is due to the action characteristics of anti-jump relay.And then the corresponding improvement measures are given,which offer a practical reference.
