摘 要:文章介绍了一起发电机非同期并网造成主变压器损毁故障的案例,内容包括现场检查、事故原因分析、处理结果及建议等。此次故障的原因是3号机组并网过程中,因系统侧PT二次回路极性接反,在系统侧和待并侧相位相反时刻非同期并网,对主变压器产生冲击,在短路电动力的作用下,主变内部纵绝缘发生严重故障,主变重瓦斯动作跳5003开关造成机组非停,文中也给出了下一步工作建议,供同类电厂借鉴。This article introduces a case of main transformer damage caused by generator non-synchronous grid connection,including site inspection,cause analysis,handling results and suggestions.During the grid connection period of Unit 3,the polarity of the PT secondary circuit on system side is reversed.When the phases of the system side and the side to be combined are opposite,the main transformer is connected to the grid asynchronously,which has an impact on the main transformer.Under the action of short-circuit electric power,the internal longitudinal insulation of the main transformer has a serious fault.The 5003 switch of heavy gas action caused the unit to non-stop.The article also gives suggestions for the next step,which provide a reference for similar power plants.
