开关柜梅花触头弹簧拆装工具的研制及应用

摘　　要：针对传统开关柜真空断路器触头检修试验过程中,存在费时费力、易发生设备损伤等问题,研制出一种梅花触头弹簧拆装工具。该工具利用杠杆原理能够轻松拆装触头弹簧,并且避免弹簧疲劳、触头损伤。实际应用情况表明,该装置可轻松省时地实现触头弹簧的拆装工作,保证设备和作业人员安全,显著提高了梅花触头更换和维护的效率,保障了供电可靠性。The maintenance tests for vacuum circuit breaker of the switchgear is time-consuming,labor-ntensive and easy to cause damage to equipment.To solve these problems,a type of portable disassembly and assembly tool for plum contact was developed.Based on the lever principle,the new tool can easily disassemble and assembly the contact,which can avoid spring fatigue and contact damage.The actual application shows that the tool can save time and easily complete the disassembly and assembly of the contact spring while ensuring the safety of both equipment and operators.It can greatly improve the efficiency of replacing and maintaining the plum contact,and thus guarantees the reliability of power supply.
