摘 要:在以水火电电力系统煤耗量最小化为目标函数,给定水电站发电流量、水库蓄水量、弃水量、负荷平衡约束、功率约束等约束条件,重点研究静态弃水策略与改进动态弃水策略下,基于免疫算法的水火电电力系统节能发电调度的目标优化。实验结果表明该方法能够有效优化水电站的替代效应与均衡效应,使得水火电电力系统满足“水电调峰、火电调基”的基本原则。In this paper,the objective function is to minimize coal consumption in hydroelectric power and thermal power system.With the given constraints of power generation flow,reservoir storage,discarded water,load balance and power constraints,the objective optimization of energy-saving power generation dispatching in hydroelectric power and thermal power system based on immune algorithm is mainly studied under static discarded water strategy and improved dynamic discarded water strategy.The experimental results show that this method can effectively optimize the substitution muffling and equilibrium effect of hydroelectric power stations,and make the hydroelectric power and thermal power system meet the basic principle of″hydroelectric power for peak shaving and thermal power for base shaving″.
