摘 要:以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Na2WO4·2H2O为原料,采用水热法制备了Bi2WO6催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、UV-visDRS和BET等手段对催化剂试样结构、可见光吸收及比表面等进行表征。结果表明,Bi2WO6催化剂是由厚度约为170 nm的纳米片交叉堆积成具有介孔结构的微米级球体,粒径6 um左右,比表面积12.01 m3/g,具有一定吸光能力。在可见光照射下,测试了Bi2WO6催化剂对苯甲醇催化氧化生成苯甲醛的催化效果。结果显示,异丙醇为溶剂,0.8 mmol NaOH为碱源,Bi2WO6催化剂对苯甲醇催化氧化生成苯甲醛具有非常好的催化活性,苯甲醛产率可达80.8%。The Bi2WO6 catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Na2WO4·2H2O.The synthesized catalyst was characterized in detail by X-ray power diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-vis DRS)and N2 adsorption-desorption isothermal curves(BET).The result indicated thatthe Bi2WO6 catalyst was a nanometer-sized cross-stacked microsphere with a mesoporous structure,particle size of about 6um,specific surface area of 12.01 m3/g.Under visible-light irradiation,The catalytic effect of Bi2WO6 catalyst on the oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde was tested.The results showed that,isopropanol as the solvent and 0.8 mmol of NaOH as the alkali source,the Bi2WO6 catalyst had exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the benzaldehyde production by catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol,and the yield of benzaldehyde could reached 80.8%.
