摘　　要：以苯甲醛/O2体系为氧化体系,研究了CoAl类水滑石材料(Co2Al-LDH)催化酮类化合物Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应的性能。结果表明:Co2Al-LDH在Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应中具有优异的催化活性和底物适用性;以环己酮的氧化为例,在环己酮1 mmol、苯甲醛2 mmol、1,2-二氯乙烷2 mL、Co2Al-LDH 50 mg、O2流量10 mL/min、室温条件下反应6 h,环己酮的转化率和ε-己内酯的选择性均达到99%以上;催化剂重复使用5次后其活性与选择性未见明显降低,表明该催化剂具有较好的稳定性;在Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应中,Co2Al-LDH可能同时促进了苯甲醛向过氧苯甲酸的氧化及过氧苯甲酸与酮反应生成酯的过程,体现了双功能的催化特性。The Baeyer-Villiger oxidationof ketones with benzaldehyde/O2 system under the catalysis of CoAl hydrotalcite(Co2Al-LDH)has been studied.The results showed that Co2Al-LDH had excellent catalytic activity and could tolerate various substrates.Taking the oxidation of cyclohexanone as an example,under the optimized conditions:cyclohexanone 1 mmol,benzaldehyde 2 mmol,1,2-dichloroethane 2 mL,Co2Al-LDH 50 mg,flow rate of O210 mL/min,room temperature,reaction time 6 h,both the conversion of cyclohexanone and the selectivity ofε-caprolactone reached more than 99%.The catalytic activity and selectivity did not decrease significantly after recycled for 5 times of the catalyst,indicating that its good stability.In theBaeyer-Villiger oxidation,the catalytic oxidation of benzaldehyde to peroxybenzoic acid and the reaction of peroxybenzoic acid and ketone to generate esters might be both promoted by Co2Al-LDH in the catalytic process,suggesting the bifunctional characteristics of the catalyst.
