摘 要:为获得性能优良的高温缓速酸液,以丙烯酰胺(AM),2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(C16MMAAB)为原料,采用低温复合引发体系合成了一种高疏水缔合聚合物(ZHA-PAM)。利用ZHA-PAM作为稠化剂配制了胶凝酸,研究了胶凝酸液的黏度变化规律,并使用物理交联剂、化学交联剂及物理+化学双交联剂与上述胶凝酸进行交联形成不同种类的交联酸体系,对比研究了3种交联酸体系的综合性能。结果表明,ZHA-PAM在20%盐酸中仍然存在较强的疏水缔合作用,酸液黏度随着ZHA-PAM用量增加逐渐增大,而且大于0.8%以后黏度快速增加;与物理交联剂和化学交联剂作用均具有良好的增黏效果,单纯添加2%的物理交联剂的物理交联酸,在120℃,170 s^-1作用下,剪切120 min后,黏度仍可保持在61 mPa·s,其100℃时酸岩反应速率可低至6.3132×10^-7 mol/(cm^2·s);物理+化学双交联酸体系能结合物理缔合与化学交联的优点,具有良好的耐温抗剪切性及缓速性能,给高温(≥120℃)碳酸盐岩储层的开采提供了新思路。In order to obtain high-temperature retarded acid with excellent performance,this article uses acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)and N,N-Dimethyl-N-(prop-2-en-1-yl)hexadecan-1-aminium chloride(C16MMAAB)as raw materials to synthesize a powerful hydrophobic associative polymer(ZHA-PAM)using a low-temperature composite initiation system.A gelled acid is prepared using ZHA-PAM,and the change rule of the viscosity of the gelled acid liquid is studied.The physical crosslinking agent,chemical crosslinking agent,and physical+chemical double crosslinking agents are used with the above gelled acid,and different types of cross-linked acid systems are formed by cross-linking.Then the comprehensive properties of the three cross-linked acid systems are compared and studied.The results show that ZHA-PAM still has a strong hydrophobic association in 20%hydrochloric acid.The viscosity of the acid solution gradually increases with the increase of the amount of ZHA-PAM,and the viscosity increases rapidly after more than 0.8%.It has good thickening effect with physical cross-linking agent and chemical cross-linking agent.The physical cross-linking acid with only 2%of the physical cross-linking agent,after shearing at 120℃,170 s^-1 for 120 min,its viscosity remains at 61 mPa·s,and its acid rock reaction rate at 100℃can be as low as 6.3132×10^-7 mol/(cm^2·s).The physical and chemical double cross-linked acid system can combine the advantages of physical association and chemical cross-linking.It has good temperature resistance,shear resistance and retardation performance,and provides high-temperature(≥120℃)carbonate rock reservoir exploitation new ideas.
