摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、十四醇、二十二醇、苯乙烯(ST)、富马酸(FA)为原料制备了具有降凝降黏作用的三元共聚物。最佳酯化工艺条件为:甲基丙烯酸与混合醇[n(C14醇)∶n(C22醇)=3∶1]摩尔比为1∶1.4,携水剂用量为40%,催化剂质量分数为0.5%;最佳聚合工艺条件为:甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯/苯乙烯/富马酸(摩尔比)为6∶2∶2,引发剂的量为0.8%,聚合反应温度为80℃,聚合反应时间为3.5 h。加剂量为0.4%时,大庆原油凝固点可降低14℃,降黏率可达66.02%。Using methacrylic acid(MA),myristyl alcohol,behenyl alcohol,styrene(ST),and fumaric acid(FA)as raw materials,a terpolymer with pour point and viscosity reduction effects was prepared.IR analysis showed that the functional group structure of the synthesized product was consistent with the target product.The optimal process conditions for esterification,the molar ratio of methacrylic acid and mixed alcohol[n(C14 alcohol)∶n(C22 alcohol)=3∶1]is 1∶1.4,the amount of water-carrying agent is 40%,and the mass fraction of catalyst is 0.5%.The optimal process conditions for polymerization,the molar ratio of methacrylic acid mixed alcohol ester to styrene and fumaric acid is 6∶2∶2,the amount of initiator is 0.8%,the polymerization temperature is 80℃,and the polymerization time is 3.5 h.When the dosage is 0.4%,the freezing point of Daqing crude oil can be reduced by 14℃,and the viscosity reduction rate can reach 66.02%.
