摘 要:采用吊片法测定了十六醇醚(EO3)丙烷磺酸钠(AEO3S)与月桂酸烷醇酰胺(LDA)及其不同混合比时溶液的表面张力,确定了表面活性剂溶液的临界胶束浓度(CMC)以及对应浓度下的表面张力(γCMC)。采用正规溶液理论对复配表面活性剂溶液的热力学参数进行了计算和分析,测试了复配体系与魏岗原油的界面张力,得到了表面活性剂驱油剂的优化组成,确定了聚合物存在下复配表面活性剂的浓度。实验结果表明,醇醚磺酸盐AEO3S与非离子表面活性剂在盐水体系中具有一定的协同作用,m(AEO3S)∶m(LDA)=2∶3~4∶1范围内混合体系的CMC比单一表面活性剂的CMC低,相互作用参数(βm)为负值,表明两种表面活性剂之间具有形成混合胶束的协同作用,而且AEO3S更易于形成混合胶束;AEO3S/LDA复配体系与原油的界面张力可以达到10-2 mN/m数量级,含有40%~50%AEO3S的复合体系的界面张力可以降到0.003~0.006 mN/m,正好与表面活性剂的相互作用程度是一致的。在0.12%HPAM存在下,0.2%~0.4%复配表面活性剂体系可以使油水界面张力达到超低界面张力,可用作石蜡基原油的驱油用剂。The surface tensions of sodium hexadecanol ether(EO3)propane sulfonate(AEO3S)and lauric alkanolamide(LDA)and their mixtures in mineralized water were determined by wilhelmy plate method,and critical micelle concentration(CMC)and corresponding surface tension(γCMC).Regularsolution theory was used to determine thermodynamic parameters of mixtures of different ratios of AEO3S to LDA in aqueous solution.Optional component of compound was achieved by the determination of surfactant Interfacial tension between the surfactant solutions of different mass ratios of AEO3S to LDA with Weigang crude oil.Concentration of surfactants in binary flooding system was also obtained.The results show that the CMCs of compound mixture with the composition of m(AEO3S)/m(LDA)=2∶34∶1 are lower than any single surfactant,and Interaction parameter(βm)of the two surfactants in aqueous solution are negative,indicating the formation of mixed micelles and existence of synergistic interactions between the investigated surfactants.AEO3S is more likely to enter the mixed micelles.The interfacial tensions of AEO3S/LDA solution are achieved to magnitude of 10-2 mN/m.The complex solution containing 40%50%AEO3S has low interfacial tension in the range of 0.0030.006 mN/m,which coincides with the degree of surfactant interaction.The solution of 0.2%0.4%optional surfactant in the presence of 0.12%HPAM system can make the oil-water interfacial tension reach ultra-low,which can be used as oil displacement agent for paraffin based crude oil.
