摘　　要：依据《交通强国建设纲要》要求,结合近几年用人单位的反馈意见,总结归纳了交通运输工程高层次人才培养应着力提升的几个方面,并浅析了改变实践内涵、提升研究生“思政、人文、专业”融合内化度的培养模式。According to the requirements of the outline of building a powerful transportation country,combined with the feedback of employers in recent years,this paper summarizes several aspects that should be promoted in the training of high-level talents in transportation engineering,and analyzes the training model of changing the connotation of practice and promoting the“ideological and political,humanistic,and professional”integration of graduate students.
