服务外包人才产教融合培养模式分析

摘　　要：服务外包产业属于现代服务业,具有吸纳就业能力强、环境污染少、资源消耗低、附加值大、信息技术承载度高等特点。在人才培养和经济发展上,采取服务外包模式可以促进地方经济增长和高校学生就业率的提升,还能扩大国内消费,优化出口结构。高校与企业应当建立良好的合作关系,采取产教融合人才培养模式,为高校学生就业创造更多的选择空间。The service outsourcing industry is a modern service industry,which has the characteristics of strong employability,less environmental pollution,low resource consumption,large added value and high carrying capacity of information technology.In terms of personnel training and economic development,adopting the service outsourcing model can promote local economic growth and the increase of employment rate of college students,and expand domestic consumption and optimize export structure.In order to maximize the benefits and create a win-win situation between universities and enterprises,universities and enterprises should establish a good cooperative relationship,adopt a model of integrated production and education,and create more choices for college graduates.
