摘 要:依托本科生教学的“四个回归”,梳理高校教师、学生骨干与普通同学之间的关系。学生骨干具有学生和学校日常工作组织者的双重身分,帮助学校推进各项工作,建立以学生骨干为框架的本科生教学监督和促进体系,可以切实推进“以本为本”的教学体制的建立。Based on the"four regressions"of undergraduate teaching,this paper combs the relationship among university teachers,backbone students and ordinary students.The backbone students have the dual status of student and school daily work organizer,which helps the school to promote the teaching work.The establishment of undergraduate teaching supervision and promotion system based on the framework of backbone students can effectively promote the establishment of the teaching system in the context of"take the undergraduate education as the basis".
