摘  要:分立放大电路的静态工作点设置与交流信号的放大性能指标分析是模拟电子技术课程教学的难点与重点之一。总结多年的模拟电子技术课堂教学经验,绘制了放大电路综合分析流程框图,便于理清BJT与FET等有源元件的特性曲线和交直流等效模型与参数、放大电路的直流与小信号等效电路以及相互联系。同时,结合各等效电路的计算、图解法分析以及软件仿真数据,可综合完成对多种分立放大电路的静态与动态指标的分析计算。The quiescent point setting of discrete amplifier circuit and the amplification performance index analysis of AC signal are one of the difficulties and key points in the teaching of Analog Electronic Technology.The author summarizes many years of experience in the classroom teaching of Analog Electronic Technology and draws a block diagram of the integrated analysis flow chart of amplifier circuit,which is convenient to clarify the characteristic curve of active components such as BJT and FET,the equivalent model and parameters of AC and DC,the equivalent circuit of DC and small signal of amplifier circuit and the relationship between each other.At the same time,combined with the calculation of each equivalent circuit,graphic analysis and software simulation data,the static and dynamic indexes of various discrete amplifier circuits can be comprehensively analyzed and calculated.
