摘 要:基于知识创新在国民经济及企业发展中的作用,提出知识创新是提高工程硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的关键,从培养方案、培养计划、课程内容、硕士论文几方面,对培养模式和服务与管理体系提出了一些建议。This paper describes the role of knowledge innovation in the development of national economy and enterprises,points out that knowledge innovation is the key to improve the training quality of professional degree postgraduates in engineering and points out that knowledge innovation runs through all aspects of training program,training plan,course content and master's thesis.Finally,some suggestions on the training model and service and management system are put forward for the reference of the training units.
